basic journal upgrade

The basic journal entry is very plain. Even though there’s some basic fonts, it would be great if it was more like the mindfulness entry but for just journal log.

Maybe even have the background being like a piece of paper, have more fonts available, right now it just looks like a basic notepad, and I would like to see improvement and easier style to write.
