Journey constantly forgets subscription
Whenever I use Moleskine Journey, I get prompted for upgrades when I use any of the premium features. This happens as frequently as every 30 seconds on each of my Apple devices (Mac, iPhone and iPad). Clicking "Restore purchases" temporarily resolves the issue and I can use the feature again for a short time. Then it says again that the feature requires Premium… Rinse and Repeat. This also impacts the widgets. Example: Enter three goals. Add a 4th Get asked for subscription Click Restore Purchases Add 4th Goal. Add 5th Goal Get asked for subscription Click Restore Purchases …. I think I might have accidentially subscribed multiple times now. Developer Feedback from you says to email Journey@moleskine.com. That email address bounces every email I send to it.
Way better Handwriting support
Ok, I love the idea behind this app and for the most part you guys do a good job at executing it. However, you guys are known for your Moleskin journals. The ones where you physically hand write on. It’s really disheartening to see that you guys don’t have that integrated into your app better. Or even have the option to have a section for just handwritten notes. I still have yet to see an app integrate everything like calendar, reminders, handwriting (and handwriting done right not just the native pens/settings) , typing and notes. Sure one can argue that Goodnotes is something that has all that, but goodnotes is still lacking in some areas and feels more like a note taking app. I want a journaling app with those features. If you guys were to just add a simple handwriting section or a way to add handwriting inline with the text input, without it being added as a “picture” I think you guys would take your app to the next level. Anyways, I am just some guy. Keep up the good work.
Selection/Hoover tool not working
On the Iphone app, the touch command to select words or hoover over text is not working. This is key for editing my journal entries or saving text to my clipboard. I’m not sure if this applies to desktop but this is a big inconvenience for mobile users. I have the latest app version and have uninstalled & reinstalled the app.
Can’t share websites to projects
I tried to share a website using the Share button into Journeys but just like sharing screenshots, it just spun forever and never loaded until I forced the app to close.
Allow more customization for today's grid view on desktop app
I use Journey on a 13" Macbook and it seems to force so many of the modals to the first column that I must scroll to see them, and with no visual indication that there's more to see, I simply forget they are there. No amount of drag and drop helps this - if I move something from the bottom of the first column, something else slides into it's place. You cannot know what size of screen we each have, or the workflow we'd like to create. This app is so lovely to use, why not allow us to set our screen up in the way that works best for each of us? I know the focus is on mobile, but with so many of us wanting to limit our time on these devices to be more present in the world, a little more love for desktop would be appreciated.

Idea for widget…
I find the Mol-E feature useful… can you add a small iOS widget to let me dictate a task or event from my iPhone’s main screen without opening Journey?
Food History
I cannot read my food history because you made the bubbles, dark blue and the text black. It’s hard enough that it’s super tiny, but please undo the stupid color combination. I’m tired of telling you guys things and nothing changes.
Paging through the journal
Would be nice if I could page through days by swiping left or right. Now, we have to touch the finicky little calendar days. I want to be able to quickly swipe/page through each day. So, swiping left would got to the next day. Swiping right would go to the previous day. Thanks!
Multiple journal entries per day
Very much enjoying the Journey app. I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to add multiple journal entries on the same day. I’m using the “Simple Journal” template, and I know I can just add to the one entry or make a one-off new template, but would be nice if I could make multiple separate entries in one day. Maybe I’m missing where that option could be. Basically want to be able to hit “+” …have an option for a simple one time journal entry. Thanks!
To-do list widget!
It would be awesome to have my to-do list and on my Home Screen, and be able to see it all the time throughout my day!
Good app but...
very often when I am in the middle of logging something in the food section, I will get about five or six words in and then the whole thing refreshes on me and I lose everything.
iOS Reminder Integration
It would be nice to have all the information from Reminders in the task for Moleskine. I much prefer the interface for Moleskine to see my daily appointments and tasks. But now I have to switch back and forth in order to get options for repeating tasks or adding links and pictures. Thank you!
Mol-E stopped working yesterday.
Every request comes back with “I didn't understand, l'm sorry. Please try again.”
Actions integration
I love Timepage and Actions and have used them for years because I can mesh my to-dos with my calendars. I am new to Journey, and I think I may love it, too. Thing is, it’s really messing me up to only see my calendar, but not my to-dos/task/actions. I don’t use the native apple reminders because Actions is SO GOOD. Timepage shows up in Journey because of apple/google syncing. What do I need to do to see my tasks from Actions in Journey? It’s tricky to plan my day without my tasks (aka actions) visible. Thank you for making wonderful apps. Keep up the good work.

Why web app not developed?
Mac this, android that. I hate planning and journaling on mobile. It is impossible. Ipad or other tablet is also too small for that. Should I get 13 ipad pro or galaxy tab ultra for 1500 eur, just to use the app - I will not do that. Why does everyone dismiss windows users? Mostly people use journaling for work and some for personal life and work, and work machines are laptops running windows. Why do you only focus for Mac or Android? Web app needs improvement, and that would be enough for most of us. I have tried the premium and will not continue, no point My vision is deteriorating from mobile It takes forever to type or dictate Screen is too small to have an overview Web version is patchy and glitchy and need serious update No 40 eur again for you this year

Dear Moleskin Team, I don’t have any problem, but am contacting you to thank you very much. With this app, I was able to write down very small epiphany, sort them out and deepen my thoughts. It was a great adventure for me to travel inside myself that I couldn't do with paper notebooks and another writing apps that I used before.
