Journey constantly forgets subscription
Whenever I use Moleskine Journey, I get prompted for upgrades when I use any of the premium features. This happens as frequently as every 30 seconds on each of my Apple devices (Mac, iPhone and iPad). Clicking "Restore purchases" temporarily resolves the issue and I can use the feature again for a short time. Then it says again that the feature requires Premium… Rinse and Repeat. This also impacts the widgets. Example: Enter three goals. Add a 4th Get asked for subscription Click Restore Purchases Add 4th Goal. Add 5th Goal Get asked for subscription Click Restore Purchases …. I think I might have accidentially subscribed multiple times now. Developer Feedback from you says to email Journey@moleskine.com. That email address bounces every email I send to it.
Selection/Hoover tool not working
On the Iphone app, the touch command to select words or hoover over text is not working. This is key for editing my journal entries or saving text to my clipboard. I’m not sure if this applies to desktop but this is a big inconvenience for mobile users. I have the latest app version and have uninstalled & reinstalled the app.
Can’t share websites to projects
I tried to share a website using the Share button into Journeys but just like sharing screenshots, it just spun forever and never loaded until I forced the app to close.

Good app but...
very often when I am in the middle of logging something in the food section, I will get about five or six words in and then the whole thing refreshes on me and I lose everything.
Mol-E stopped working yesterday.
Every request comes back with “I didn't understand, l'm sorry. Please try again.”
Disappearing Text
Journals with mixed text format hide all text when turning on "hide completed tasks" Here are two screenshots of the same journal. One with completed tasks hidden and one showing completed tasks. This only occurs on Journals with mixed text formatting. Journals containing only tasks display normally. Let me know if you need any other info from me to troubleshoot. Thanks!
Smart List task don't copy to next day
Every smart list I create with the automation to copy all to the next day are not copied. No matter if tasks were completed or not.
App Icon Does Not Change
When the default app icon is changed to be the only other alternate icon, no change occurs.

Textbox issues
I have two issues with the textboxes in journals. 1) When I’m trying to input any text that box itself scrolls up and off the screen so I can’t see what I’m trying. 2) The entire screen keeps flickering or jumping with every letter I type. Also when I save a journal all the icons flicker like they are refreshing. It’s a bit annoying and is holding me back from journaling how I would like to. Could you please look into these issues. Thanks. PS. This bug report textbox doesn’t self scroll 🤦🏼♀️

Hi! Since a week ago, I have problem to save pictures in my Picture Journal. They upload, sometimes they are ok, but dissapaer again and an picture icon is placed. What can I do? Regards, Lars
TASKS MOVING
I keep putting all my tasks lists for TODAY and halfway thru today there’s no tasks in any list for today and they’re all in tomorrow. Are u kidding? The main function of this app is to have a calendar reminder for the DAY OF TODAY and not to give me an epileptic seizure tryna find where my tasks are. You have ONE JOB PLS GET IT RIGHT. Fix it. Thanks.
Week Planer
Hello, In you week planer template, there is an option to carry over undone Todos in next Week. This does not work. My new weel always begins empty, despite of the chosed option to begin it with the remaining undone tasks of the Week before

Hola , al abrir por primera vez la App cada dia , la pantalla que muestras las tareas , hábitos etc del dia se queda pillada y no deja hacer nada , tengo que cerrar la App y volverla abrir e incluso ya no muestra el mensaje que salía antes que decía que era un nuevo dia
Inconsistency with daily journal and list settings
I'd like to have the option of having a "Photo Journal" one day but not the other. It seemed to worked once last week, but not today: When I created a Photo Journal for yesterday, a blank one appears on today's layout and each day afterwards. And when I delete the one for today, the one form yesterday (which is the only entry I wish to keep) disappears as well. I also tried to just leave it alone, but when I moved to browse another day and went back to Thursday's page, the Photo Journal "block" disappeared entirely. The Prompt edit settings doesn't have many options to work with. I believe this kind of journaling method (having every day contain slightly different lists/journals) should be quite basic. Could you please help check if there's a bug to be fixed? Thank you.
event notifications not working
Hello, I have checked that all of my notification settings are turned on but I am not getting a notification for events scheduled. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
