Overdue tasks not in planner

The date for a project task should be treated as a due date. If the task is not done by that date, it should continue to show up in planner until it is marked done. Right now the task only shows up on that particular date, which is not correct behavior for a task (but is correct for an event), it is much too easy to overlook overdue tasks right now.
