Prompts appearing based on other prompts

I’d like to be able to create a prompt that is, for example, multiple choice, and then tie it to another prompt based on the choice. So, if I answer, “Yes” the next prompt will appear, but if I answer, “No” then it won’t.

This would be very useful!
