Review all entries in one page

I like the style of the export. I am wondering if we can have one page to review everything. I use this for logging my daily works and some ideas. Sometimes I would like to review what works and ideas I did. The export page is used currently, but it could be better if a specific page is available to use. Ideally, I can search and filter based on the hashtags I created.
