Tasks added from Web/Android App not visible on iOS/macOS

Hello, if I create a task on web version or on Android app I can't see it on ipad and mac apps. I'm referring to the tasks create for a specific day or in general tasks outside lists or projects modules. I think it has something to do with the fact that apple systems uses apple reminders to sync, wich aren't available on web and android version. So I wanted to ask if it's possible to make tasks sync with apple apps, like it already happend among android and web. Thanks

    Hi Francesco,

    thank you so much for taking the time to write us and for your feedback.


    Last year we released a new version of the iOS/macOS app. Consequently both the Planner and the Tasks sections are no longer available on iOS/macOS. We suggest to avoid using the Planner and the Tasks sections to add contents on the web app and Android app. Instead use the journals and the “List” templates for the tasks. 

    Content added to the Planner and to the Tasks section cannot be synchronized as the iOS/macOS app do not have a space to display them. 

    If you had the “auto-move unfinished tasks” option active it applies to the Journals/Lists, but it will not work anymore in the Planner on the web app.

    We're planning to remove those features in the future to avoid this confusing behavior, sorry for the inconvenience.
